Shipping and Payment Modalities

We ship with DHL within Germany and Austria. Fro shipments within German territory and islands we charge the amount of € 6,90 per order up to an order equivalent to € 50,00. Orders above this amount are going to be delivered free of charge.

For shipments to Austria we charge €15,90 and for orders in Switzerland we charge 35,00 € per packaging.

For shipments to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxemburg, Netherlends, Polen and Tcheck Republic we use the  use bothe the services from UPS and DHL. The shipping costs to these countries is 18,90 per package.

Farther away countries like Spain, Portugal, Finnaland and Sweden shipping costs are 25,00 € per package.

The prices in our shop include the German VAT.

Uppon deliveries outside the EU there is the possibilities that customs taxes, oder taxes may be charged extra. The costs for these extra charges are not included in our shop price.

Due to technical reasons we reserve the right to deliver using other services rather then the two mentioned above.

The delivery of orders will mostly take place within 3 to 5 workdays after the order has been placed, except if some other possibility has been agreed. Delivery will take place at the given address uppon the order if the address is complete and correct and after cash receipt has been registered in our system. For the completion of the transaction and order process the delivery address is of essential importance.

If delivery cannot be processed for reasons which the customer takes responsability for all costs for further deliveries will be charged to the customer. This rule does not apply in case the customer made use of his right of withdrawal.

The costs for return of orders in case of customer's use of right of withdrawal are valid according the regulations described hierwithin.

Deposit

According to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany we are obliged to charge € 0,15 per bottle as a deposit. This rule aplies only for orders within Germany. The charge will take place at the end of the order process.
