Shipping policy
Shipping & Payment Terms
We ship within Germany, Austria and Switzerland with DHL.
For shipping within the German mainland and to German islands, we charge a flat rate of € 6.90 per order (from a gross order value of € 50,-- we ship free of charge within Germany). For shipping to Austria we charge € 15.90 and to Switzerland € 25.90 (from a gross order value of € 100.00 we also ship here free of charge).
Shipments to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Czech Republic are shipped via UPS or DHL. For shipping to these countries we charge a flat rate of € 17.90 per package (from a gross order value of € 120,-- we also ship here free of charge). Shipments to Great Britain we charge 69,90 €.

The prices listed in the shop include VAT.
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed total price. In individual cases, due to technical problems, delivery may take place via a shipping service provider other than the one mentioned.
The delivery of goods takes place within 2-3 working days by dispatch to the
specified delivery address, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery takes place when the delivery address has been completed and a successful receipt of money has been registered. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive.
If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply with regard to the costs for the shipment if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. For the return costs, if the customer effectively exercises the right of withdrawal, the regulation made in the revocation instruction of the seller applies.

Pledge
The returnable bottle deposit is 15 cents per bottle.
The bottle can be returned to us at your own expense so that it can be reintegrated into the deposit cycle. A deposit refund is available if the deposit has been charged at the time of purchase. Alternatively, we ask for an environmentally friendly disposal of the bottles in appropriate waste glass containers.
Note: Beverage markets where the empties are sorted manually usually accept our bottle, as it is a pool bottle.
