Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may make use of the right of withdrawal as follows bellow. Consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal deal for purposes which does not count to deals that could be attributed to those of self employment nor to a professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdrawal of a deal within 14 days after its conclusion without having to name a reason for your decision.The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third person named by you who is not the carrier took posession of the last goods.In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Mistelhain GmbH & Co. To safeguard the right of withdrawal it is sufficient that you send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of The Withdrawal

If you withdrawal from this contract, we will refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered from us) within 14 days from the day we recieved your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this refund we will use the same means of pyment that you used for the original order unless somthing is expressily agreed with you in case case you could be charged any fees for this refund. We can refuse to refund the payments until we have received all goods back or until you have provided us with evidences that you have sent the goods back whichever happens earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immidiately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline os met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
